I am an artist, mother, and teacher, living with disabilities

I paint and write about my experiences of mothering, childhood, and belonging in the wide world.

Here I am in Quebec, Canada. I am an artist inspired by the comforts of home and belonging. I use art, play, and creative practices to explore the joy of being.

Some important questions …

  • I am gender fluid, recognizing how gender experiences are made within a social world. I am a Buddhist following the eight-fold path as best as I can. My political ideal is peace., I am a hippie at heart.

  • PHD-Free, I hold a master’s degree in Child Studies from Concordia University, Montreal. My bachelor’s degree was awarded with distinction in Honours Psychology , Concordia University. And I have also been developing certifications in Play Therapy.

  • My art is meant to bring us closer. My mission is to represent the vulnerable, showing the beauty and value of delicate things. From an insect wing, to a whisper between grandparent and grandchild, I hope these images show our world full of love.
